The "Golden Age" of the Indian trade blanket featured seven woolen mills hotly competing for the new, vigorous market of Native American people. Strong competition breed excellence. This is one of those early Pendleton blankets that Native Jackets had Pendleton reproduce.
The design is simple and elegant, the coloration is greatly neutral with a kiss of color. It will make a great jacket also!
